This was a monumental year for everyone at Talent Select AI, and we’re excited for all that 2024 has in store for our teams, our products, and our customers. 

2023 Highlights

After years of development, testing, and refinement, we launched our revolutionary conversational hiring assessment, Talent Select AI in March.

We made our official debut at SIOP 2023 to much buzz from the Industrial and Organizational Psychology community. The conference also helped reinforce our firm belief that Artificial Intelligence can and will be a powerful tool to make hiring more efficient, more effective, and more equitable..

The folks at SIOP weren’t the only people to sit up and take notice of our entry into the assessment space – Talent Select AI was selected as a finalist in the 2023-24 Cloud Awards “Cloud Disruptor of the Year” category (stay tuned, winners will be announced next week!).

Talent Select AI CTO Will Rose was also featured in a wide range of articles and TV segments about the future of AI In hiring.

Our unique approach to capturing candidate assessment data right from the interview – no tests or gamified assessments required – isn’t the only thing that caught the industry’s attention. 

Our validated, proprietary Motivational Trait measures (including pivotal workplace traits like Grit, Proactiveness, Empathy and Enthusiasm) bring a new level of holistic insight to candidate assessments, empowering talent acquisition teams to make more data-driven, job-relevant hiring decisions without a single test. 

Of course, it was hard to escape AI in the news. With all of its notoriety, it’s important to cut through the noise to understand key ideas – and misconceptions – when it comes to AI.

Looking Ahead to 2024

We’re kicking 2024 off strong with the upcoming launch of our newly-redesigned user interface and standalone video interview assessment platform, providing an even better experience for our partners, users and applicants alike.

We’re looking forward to helping even more employers in 2024 by simplifying their hiring process and improving the quality of their candidate assessments.
