FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Milwaukee, WI – March 1, 2023 – Milwaukee-based Talent Select AI announced today the launch of their innovative, eponymous employee assessment product, Talent Select AI.

Talent Select AI provides accurate, unbiased candidate insights by using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyze the words they use right from the job interview — no traditional psychometric testing, no gamified assessments, and no extra steps required.

Developed with consulting assistance from senior advisor and world-renowned Industrial Organizational (IO) Psychology researcher Michael A. Campion, PhD, and built on decades of existing research, Talent Select AI is the first truly non-invasive personality, capability and skill assessment tool that provides holistic, objective candidate insights in a fraction of the time of traditional review processes.

“What impresses me most about Talent Select AI is how – shockingly is the only way I can put it — how shockingly effective these techniques are,” says Mike Campion, Purdue University’s Herman C. Krannert Distinguished Professor of Management.

“I believe they are going to be a game-changer in the field.”

Initial results have shown dramatic improvements in several key hiring areas:

  • 50%+ reduction in time to hire
  • 80% increase in candidates selected from underrepresented groups
  • 98% of users report greater confidence in selection decisions

Talent Select AI sets itself apart from other AI assessment tools by removing all personally identifying information to provide an unbiased picture of each candidate, accurately measuring skills and traits that have been proven to predict success.

“We developed Talent Select AI to help solve some of the core problems that plague the modern hiring process – inefficiency, unconscious (or even direct) bias, inconsistency and lack of objectivity,” explains Talent Select AI Chief Technology Officer Will Rose.

“Talent Select AI’s revolutionary algorithm dramatically increases efficiency while also providing a more complete picture of each candidate, helping advance DEI initiatives, and creating a simpler, more streamlined – and ultimately better – applicant experience.”

Talent Select AI goes far beyond traditional psychometric testing, providing a holistic view of the entire candidate – from proactiveness and leadership to writing and presentation skills, to empathy and grit. These complete candidate assessments include all the Big Five personality traits and Great Eight competencies, as well as Talent Select AI’s own proprietary personality and skill measures.

Unlike other psychometric assessment tools on the market, Talent Select AI doesn’t require any testing, gamification, or other additional tasks for the hiring manager to administer or for the applicant to complete. Instead, comprehensive candidate assessments are generated directly from the job interview, significantly reducing time to hire while improving the overall hiring experience for HR staff and new-hire candidates alike.

Talent Select AI has multiple patents pending.
