About Talent Select AI

Built on science. Designed for better hiring decisions.

We built Talent Select AI to bring explainable, evidence-based candidate intelligence to every hiring team, however they hire, and whatever systems they use.

Our story

The problem with hiring is missing signal.

Hiring teams work hard. They review hundreds of candidates, conduct interviews, and still end up making decisions with incomplete information.

That's because the most important signal is buried inside the interview itself: the way candidates communicate, think, and approach their work.

We knew that the language candidates use in interviews contains meaningful insight into how they work. But until now, there hasn't been a practical way to extract and use that insight consistently, at scale.

We built the TSAI Assessment to change that.

Structured, explainable, and grounded in decades of behavioral science. Not a black box. Not another test. Just clearer insight from the interviews you're already conducting, delivered through a complete ATS, alongside the ATS you already use, or through our API.

Our promise

Explainable, evidence-based clarity.

Insight that is traceable to what candidates actually said and grounded in validated science, clear enough to support real hiring decisions.

Our commitment

Three principles we won't compromise.

Explainability

Every result is grounded in what candidates actually said, produced by transparent, documented methods you can understand and stand behind.

Evidence-Based Science

Our approach is rooted in decades of industrial-organizational psychology research, including validated frameworks like the Great Eight competencies and Big Five–based personality measures.

Consistent & Reliable

The same response always produces the same result: stable, repeatable insight that helps organizations make dependable hiring decisions.

Leadership team

Built by leaders in hiring, technology, and I/O psychology.
